Request for a small accommodation on my current plan

Hi,

I hope you're doing well.

I’m reaching out because I’m on a tight budget right now and wanted to ask for a favor. I only need to download one or two videos per month (typically 20–25 minutes long) and don’t require the additional features that come with the upgraded plan.

Going forward, I won’t be using many credits under my current plan. Would it be possible to keep my existing plan while getting extended download access for those occasional longer videos?

I’d really appreciate any flexibility you can offer. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
